Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the United States, Australia, and Europe. For other international destinations, standard shipping fees apply. These are always clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order—no hidden costs, ever.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.

How long do refunds take?
