Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the United States, Australia, and Europe. For other international destinations, standard shipping fees apply. These are always clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order—no hidden costs, ever.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? It happens! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Just send us a message at support@kenslowe.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags included.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account, but we’ll always keep you updated.
